4 Estates Realtors acts as an independent real estate consultant and channel partner. We do not act as a legal representative or financial advisor. Any property transactions are ultimately between the buyer and the developer, and are governed by the respective sale agreements and applicable law.

Our recommendations and advisory services are provided in good faith based on market knowledge and experience, and do not constitute guaranteed investment advice.

Fees & Brokerage

Our consultancy services are generally provided at no direct cost to the buyer. 4 Estates Realtors operates as a channel partner and receives brokerage or referral fees from developers upon successful transaction completion.

In certain cases involving specialised advisory, NRI services, or post-purchase facilitation, fees may be applicable. Any such fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of the relevant service.

• Brokerage arrangements with developers are governed by separate channel partner agreements
• No hidden charges will be levied on clients without prior written disclosure
• All applicable taxes, stamp duty, and registration charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer

Intellectual Property
